Group Coaching
Group coaching enables you to take advantage of other’s inner work and progress. You will find others asking questions that are on your heart as well. There is a synergy that happens as a group goes through this work together. You will be inspired by the courage of others and supported to stretch yourself to take your own steps. You can join a group class as an individual or have a class created for a group already formed.
All classes take place virtually on Zoom
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching allows you to go at your pace and focus on your issues. You will have all the Q & A time each week for your own questions and the evocative coaching will be focused solely on you.

Each month I take time during my speaking and coaching schedule to offer complimentary strategy sessions. This session will help you get clear on what you want, what's holding you back, and your best next big step.
